Frequently asked questions
Does the counter show followers or likes?
Your choice. A Facebook page exposes several metrics (page followers, likes) and you decide which to show from the configuration interface. Going through a webhook keeps the display robust against platform changes.
Which range suits a shop page?
The Mini, with four tubes, shows up to 9,999 followers and suits a local page; the Standard, with six tubes, reaches 999,999. In the Signature configuration the label is spelled out on the flaps, with a length that depends on the range (three, five or six characters) and stays below the number of tubes.
Can the device be customised to the shop's colours?
The enclosure comes in several finishes (brushed black steel, white MDF, natural MDF), chosen in the configurator. The label shown on the flaps is text, adaptable to your metric. No third-party brand logo appears on the device.
